Fast, affordable delivery and a returns process that puts you first.
We know school uniform shopping can feel like a minefield — getting sizes right for growing kids, and hoping it all arrives in time for the first day back. So we’ve made our shipping and returns as simple and stress-free as we can.
🚚 Delivery
Processing: Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day (1–2 working days otherwise). You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order’s on its way.
Delivery options:

Standard (Tracked 48) — £3.30–£4.50 • 2–3 working days

Express (Tracked 24) — £4.00–£5.70 • 1–2 working days

Where we deliver: Mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). We don’t yet deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, BFPO, or international addresses — but we’re working on expanding.
Every order includes full tracking, photo confirmation of delivery, and automatic cover up to £50.
↩️ Returns & Exchanges
30 days to change your mind — most items can be returned or exchanged for a full refund, with free return shipping. No restocking fees. We know kids grow fast and sizing can be tricky, so exchanges for a different size are easy — just contact us and we’ll send a free returns label.
A few things to know:

Underwear, socks, tights & swimwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons — check our size guide before ordering

Final Sale / clearance items (50%+ off) can’t be refunded for change of mind, though we’ll consider exchanges case-by-case

Faulty or incorrect items are always refunded or replaced — we’ll even cover the return postage
One thing to expect: Our items are brand new ex-stock, so brand tags may be cut or blacked out, and items may come in plain packaging rather than original retail boxes. This is completely normal and doesn’t affect quality or fit — but it does mean returns aren’t accepted on that basis.
